Excitement at 'Richie' the Amazing Calf Born with 3 Eyes and 2 Noses

1st July - Prachuap Khiri Khan province - Mrs Sanguan Joywong, 49, a dairy farmer with more than 50 cows, from Bahn Raikhong 4 village, Tambon Aow Noi, Amphoe Prachuap Khiri Khan.
On the 29th June a cow gave birth to an unusual female calf with two normal eyes located normally on each side of its head but an extra small eye above its lips and also two noses. They decided to call him 'Richie'. Otherwise the calf appeared to be healthy and if veiwed from the side the calf's head had the appearance of a rabbit.
Due to having two noses the calf was unable to feed properly from its mother and had to be fed milk from a bottle.
Officials from the livestock department said that normally malformed calves like these had little chance of surviving but that little Richie appears to be doing just fine.

ฮือฮา "มารวย" ลูกวัวประหลาดมี 3 ตา 2 จมูก 1 ก.ค.จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ นางสงวน จ้อยวงศ์ อายุ49 ปี เจ้าของฟาร์มโคมนม หมู่ 4 บ้านไร่โค้ง ต.อ่าวน้อย อ.เมืองประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เปิดเผยว่า ตนเองประกอบอาชีพทำฟาร์มเลี้ยงโคนมซึ่งมีกว่า 50 ตัว
เมื่อวันที่ 29 มิ.ย.ที่ผ่านมามีแม่วัวคลอดลูกวัวเพศเมีย ออกมาแต่มีความผิดปกติคือ มีดวงตาตามปกติทั้ง 2 ข้าง แต่มีดวงตาขนาดเล็กเพิ่มที่บริเวณด้านบนริมฝีปาก และมี 2 จมูก ตนจึงตั้งชื่อให้ว่า"มารวย" โดยลูกวัวดังกล่าวยังมีสุขภาพแข็งแรง และถ้ามองจากด้านข้างพบว่าบริเวณศรีษะลูกวัวมีลักษณะคล้ายหัวกระต่าย และปัญหาจากการที่มี 2 จมูกทำให้ลูกวัวไม่สามารถกินนมแม่ได้ตามปกติ จึงต้องใช้น้ำนมใส่ขวดให้ดูด
ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ปศุสัตว์ระบุว่าลูกวัวที่คลอดออกมาในลักษณะผิดปกติมีโอกาสน้อยมากที่จะมีชีวิตรอด แต่เจ้ามารวยยังมีร่างกายแข็งแรงดีอยู่
